I can’t believe that it’s been 6 months since I’ve made an entry here. Let’s just say that living and working during a global pandemic can be very distracting. My diet has gone through some weird gyrations during this time, like that cookie binge back in March. Still vegan though, of course!
I’m ready to get back to posting regularly. In the meantime, here’s some pics of some of the things I’ve grilled recently.

Bread dough “bakes” beautifully on the grill. I use a simple charcoal grill—just watch it closely. It goes fast!
Grilled mango and peaches–I made salsa with these.
